I offer free shipping in the United States but charge actual shipping fees for overseas purchases. Insurance can be added as desired. Shipping is carried out in a timely manner because I know we are all a little impatient!

I will gladly exchange any item that has a workmanship flaw within six months. Since I often use irreplaceable items in my work it is impossible to reproduce many items. I do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

The pieces that you purchase from me are one-of-a-kind items that can be rather delicate. Please treat them with the utmost respect if you want them to delight you for many years to come. Don't be afraid to wear or use them as you would like to. Just remember they are pieces of art.

I will protect your privacy as I would my own. After a purchase or subscription, I will add your name to my email list so that I can share new pieces, events, or classes with you. I will not sell my email list to anyone. I may have to verify your payment has been made so I may have to use a third-party bank to do so. I use Square to accept payments and send invoices and receipts.
